Kun Bu is salty to reduce nodules and cold to treat heat patterns. It enters the liver, kidney, and stomach systems.
Kun Bu has blood moving properties used to treat such disorders as cirrhosis, tuberculosis lymphadenitis, and tumors of the thyroid gland. It also contains iodine which supports thyroid function.
It increases urination which can reduce edema of the lower limbs.
