Chi Fu Ling is a drain dampness herb much like Fu Ling however, it’s especially useful in treating dampness when there is also blood stagnation patterns. It is sweet, bland, and slightly cool. It enters the heart, spleen, and kidney systems to treat urinary difficulty with excess dampness.

Contraindications: do not prescribe Chi Fu Ling to patients with spermatorrhea, excess urination, or prolapse of urogenital organs
