# Yi Yi Ren

### Coicis Semen

_sweet, bland, slightly cold_

#### PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Yi Yi Ren is sweet, bland, and slightly cold. It enters the spleen,
stomach, kidney, and lung systems. Its relationship to the spleen
and stomach allow it to treat problems of the gastrointestinal tract
while its kidney function helps with urinary system pathologies
especially involving damp heat.

Yi Yi Ren also enters the lungs to help with cough.
