#### PRIMARY FUNCTION:

CLASSICAL MANIFESTATIONS:
- Amenorrhea
- Dysmenorrhea
- Postpartum abdominal pain
- Retained lochia
- Uterine bleeding
- Childhood malnutrition with focal distention

Wu Ling Zhi is bitter to drain and detoxify, sweet to nourish and
tonify, and warm to treat cold patterns. In enters only one organ
system; the liver system.

- Menometrorrhagia
- Muscle spasm

- Abdominal distention

**Formulas:**
- Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang
- Qi Zhen San
- Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang
- Shen Tong Zhu Yu Tang
- Shi Xiao San

**Contraindications:** do not prescribe Wu Ling Zhi to pregnant
patients
