# Hong Hua

#### PRIMARY FUNCTION:

- Abdominal masses

Hong Hua is acrid to get the blood moving and warm to treat
cold stagnant blood patterns. It enters the liver and heart systems.
Its affinity to the heart allows it to treat chest fullness and angina
pain symptoms.

Hong Hua enters the liver to move blood from liver blood
stagnation and can treat many gynecological disorders as well as
some skin conditions.

**Contraindications:** do not prescribe Hong Hua to patients
that are pregnant or to patients with bleeding disorders
