# Chuan Xin Lian

Chuan Xin Lian enters the stomach, lung, large intestine, small
intestine systems. Its bitter quality helps eliminate infections of
the gastrointestinal tract while the cold quality eliminates
infections of the lung system including sore throat and cough.

**Channels:** lung, stomach, large intestine, small intestine

**Contraindications:** do not give Chuan Xin Lian to patients
