Ban Lan Gen is cold and bitter. It treats epidemic disease that
presents with heat patterns or damp-heat patterns. It enters the
heart, lung, and stomach systems.

Ban Lan Gen has a strong antibiotic and antiviral effect making it
very useful for treating influenza, sore throat, or common cold.
